End User License Agreement (EULA) and Terms of Use

Code Craft LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use The Oracle's Handbook and its digital content solely for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with this Agreement.

This license does not transfer any ownership rights. All intellectual property and related materials remain the exclusive property of Code Craft LLC or its licensors.

All artwork, card back designs, backgrounds, code, text, trademarks, logos, and related materials within The Oracle's Handbook (collectively "Content") are protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise noted, all Content is:

• Owned by Code Craft LLC, or
• Legally licensed to Code Craft LLC under valid usage rights.

You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in the App or any Content therein.

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or export any Content from the App.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or decompile the App.
• Resell, share, or distribute any purchased or subscribed Content.
• Use Content for any commercial, promotional, or derivative work.
• Circumvent or bypass the App's payment or access controls.

Any unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of your license and may subject you to civil and/or criminal penalties.

The App offers optional one-time purchases for digital items such as card back designs, background designs, or other visual enhancements.

• Upon payment, you receive a personal license to use the purchased item, while it is made available, within The Oracle's Handbook App only.
• All purchases are processed through your platform's payment provider (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
• Prices and availability are subject to change at any time.
• All sales are final. No refunds will be provided except as required by law or by the platform's refund policy. Code Craft LLC does not process refunds directly, and is not responsible for any refund-related issues. You assume all responsibility for understanding the refund policies of the platform through which you made your purchase.
• Purchasing digital items does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights.

Certain advanced features of The Oracle's Handbook are available through a monthly or annual subscription ("Subscription").

a. Billing and Renewal:

Subscriptions are billed automatically each month (or annually) through your app store account. Unless canceled according to the terms of the app store, your subscription will automatically renew.

b. Cancellation:

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. Code Craft LLC does not process subscription cancellations directly and is not responsible for any issues that may arise from the cancellation process.

c. Access and Termination:

Your subscription grants access to premium features only while it remains active. If your subscription expires or is canceled, premium access will end immediately at the end of your paid term, or if canceled by you, the app store, or Code Craft LLC.

d. No Refunds:

Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, except as required by law or the applicable platform's policy.

We may release updates, enhancements, or new versions of the App from time to time. We may also modify this Agreement by posting the updated version on CodeCraftLLC.net. Continued use of the App after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to check CodeCraftLLC.net periodically for the most current version of this Agreement. Loss of previous features or Content may occur with updates and you agree that Code Craft LLC is not liable for any such loss.

We may terminate or suspend your access to The Oracle's Handbook at any time if you violate this Agreement or engage in unauthorized use of Content.

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App and Content immediately ends.
• You must cease all access and uninstall the App from your devices.

The App and all Content are provided "as is" and "as available." Code Craft LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App or Content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Code Craft LLC disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code Craft LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the App or Content.

Your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the App.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pulaski County, Arkansas, USA.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Code Craft LLC and supersedes all prior agreements or communications regarding The Oracle's Handbook. This Agreement is the authoritative version published on CodeCraftLLC.net and supersedes any version included within the App or any other location. In the event of any conflict between versions, the terms of the most recently updated version on CodeCraftLLC.net will govern. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically on CodeCraftLLC.net for changes.
